It is not a specific requirement, but we do have expert knowledge of the planning system, so will ensure the process is as straightforward for our clients as possible. We can overcome obstacles before they arise and guide applicants through what can be a complex, legal procedure.
Can you give pre-purchase advice?
We offer a free initial consultation of up to one hour, which can be used to review and discuss any potential purchase sites.
