Whole house refurbishment. This fine 19th-century dwelling was formerly part of the Gregynog Estate and was built to a very high standard.
The property was in need of some renovation though to refresh the interiors and ensure it continued to work as a family home. External timberwork and render was repaired and replaced. A new modern staircase was installed and new flooring, ceiling, and wall finishes throughout.
