The existing large agricultural building was formally used for turkey processing. Careful design consideration has been given to ensure that the new dwellings are commensurate with an agricultural outbuilding style.
The proposed conversion of the outbuilding was designed to be sympathetic to the existing form and complementary to its rural setting, using natural materials and mature hedgerows to reduce visual impact.
