Moel Y Golfa

Set in stunning countryside on the Powys/Shropshire border we are very proud of the property that has used stone and oak in the design to complement the local environment and landscape.

The original plan was to remodel and redevelop an existing residential property on the site. It became apparent it would be more cost-effective and sustainable to design a completely new property on the site, demolishing the existing structure. Our design team considered a range of options for our client having visited the site. Being experienced and aware of local planning guidelines, we set about creating a design based on our client’s aspirations and taking into consideration the property that had existed on the site previously. Using traditional stone and timber our design created a homestead that is truly stunning from both an external and internal perspective.
