We were engaged to assist on a project at a Former Magistrates Court and Territorial Army Building, located within the Conservation Area of Newtown.
The project entailed the new build of affordable flats on an adjacent piece of land plus the conversion of the existing buildings. This scheme demonstrated a sensitive approach to the re-use of existing historic buildings. The site is particularly sustainable, given the town centre location close to amenities.
