This coach house, set in the amazing surroundings of Devil’s Bridge, Ceredigion, Mid Wales, was a perfect opportunity for a new dwelling. The materials chosen will contrast the barn with the surroundings.
This contemporary extension offers a contrast to the traditional stone barn and provides the best of the views and light.
The extension consists of large panels of glass, partnered with timber cladding to act as louvres, allowing the client to control the amount of light.
The main requirement for the client was maximising the views and natural light.
The materials chosen whilst contrast the barn, assimilate with the surrounding as a whole.
