Hughes Architects are looking for the right individual with drive to join our team and assist with general administration and social media campaigns. This role combines essential office tasks with creative social media management. Here's what you'll be doing:

-General administration tasks - including filing, data entry, and answering calls

-Making appointments and coordinating diaries for the Directors and wider team

-Coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth office operations

-Managing and updating the company's social media profiles

-Creating engaging content and posts to promote Hughes Architects and our services

-Monitoring social media channels and general mail box and responding to enquiries

Here are the skills you'll need:

-Strong communication and writing skills

-Good organisational and time management abilities

-Creativity and an eye for detail

-Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn)

-Basic knowledge of MS Office and strong typing proficiency

-Enthusiasm for learning new skills

-Confidence to suggest new ideas

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
