Personal Assistant/Administrative Assistant, Newtown, Powys

Hughes Architects has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Personal Assistant to join our team in Newtown, Powys.

This permanent position is well suited to an individual that has excellent organisation and communication skills who would like to join a close-knit team and work in a thriving and supportive workplace.

Hughes Architects is an architectural, building design and planning consultancy operating from four offices across Powys, Ceredigion and South Wales. As our practice continues to grow we now require additional administrative assistance. The candidate will have the following qualities:

  • Outstanding communication skills;
  • Exceptional organisation skills;
  • Knowledgeable in all Microsoft Office applications;
  • Time management of self and others is essential

 

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Day-to-day running of the Architect’s diary, managing appointments and meeting deadlines;
  • Continuous communication with clients to ensure excellent customer service is maintained;
  • Typing of dictated emails, letters and file notes;
  • Filing and other general administrative tasks 

 

Salary dependant on experience.
